How to pay for your mittens
Our payment options include: e-Transfer, cash, our websites shop page and we accept all major credit cards via Square.
How much does Shipping cost?
Once payment is received we will ship your mittens to you. Mittens will be sent as regular mail via Canada Post (we do our best to package all orders as small as possible to keep our shipping costs low). Shipping costs are typically $10 or less depending on package size.
For local orders there is also the option for an in-person pickup.
How to return mittens
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. A refund will be provided as long as the mittens are returned in original condition, within 10 days of purchase. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
